2. octopus in sauce. Ingredients: 300g squid. Accessories: onion 1, coriander (stem) 50g. Seasoning: salad oil, ginger, lobster sauce. Practice: Shred onion, shredded coriander stem and shredded ginger. After taking out the internal organs, mouth and eyes, the octopus is washed and cut into pieces of appropriate size. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices and bring to a boil. Add chopped octopus, blanch 10-20 seconds. The octopus is fished out and drained. 3. Boiled octopus. Ingredients: 3 octopus, ginger, onion, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Practice: the octopus is washed and thrown to death (so that the meat is refreshing), cut and cooked in a pot. Cut ginger, onion, garlic and red pepper, add soy sauce to the oil pan and stir until cooked. Add vinegar to the pot and mix it with the cooked octopus.
