Step 1

Cook spaghetti for one person. Cook the noodles until they are suitable for your taste. If necessary, use cold water to increase the toughness of noodles. While cooking noodles, heat 500-650ml chicken soup, which can be bought ready-made or made at home. The most authentic Yangchun noodle soup base is the soup made of chicken and pig bones.

Second step

Add 1 tbsp lard, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp soy sauce and 1/4 tsp sugar to the bowl.
