First of all, this is a systematic problem, which is the doorway to doing business. I have several suggestions for reference.
First, your food stall location, if conditions permit, is generally in the second to fourth stalls at the main entrance (of course, the first stall is also the most expensive). From a psychological point of view, customers rarely make up their minds to buy goods in one place or the first place, but when customers turn around inside, they may feel the same way, and the number of booths patronizing you will increase.
Second, the purchase channel; If you want to buy cheap and good food, you should read more books and ask more questions. The more channels you buy, the more choices you have, so you should read more books, ask more questions and bargain.
Third, the choice of dishes, remember that selling the most is not necessarily the best. Prepare more common dishes (related to local eating habits), which are our "regular dishes" or "big dishes". This one sells the most, so it must be fresh. At the same time, it also keeps some dishes that are not often eaten, which are called "fresh vegetables" for individual customers.
Fourth, be enthusiastic about customers from your own point of view and seize their hearts. You can't judge a person by his appearance, you can't slander your peers around you, and you can accumulate more old customers. If you have a good reputation, I can recommend it to you. )
The most important thing is that your customers are not all retail investors, but also some group customers, such as school canteens, company kitchens and so on. Of course, you have to give them some benefits and get along well, you know (except for those purchased by the boss himself).
Fifth, you have certain professional knowledge, such as the collocation of various dishes and some knowledge of nutrition. If a customer looks like a fat guest and doesn't know what to buy and do, you can recommend him with your professional knowledge. I believe that everyone will not refuse health. Read more recipes and books about nutrition knowledge at ordinary times.
It's bound to be difficult at first. Take your time and remember to stick to it.
These are some personal suggestions. I work in sales. Let me analyze it for you from the perspective of sales and customers (I am in charge of the workshop).
If I can help you.
