The first step is to prepare the ingredients. A handful of garlic cloves, washed and cut into small sections of about 0.8 cm. One red pepper, cut into rings and put together with the garlic. Cut a small piece of pork into shreds first, then chop it up as many times as you like, and put it on a plate for later use. Cut a piece of ginger into thin strips first, then into fine pieces. Crush the garlic and chop it into pieces. Chop a handful of millet and pickled peppers, put them together with the garlic and ginger, and then add a handful of black beans.
The second step is to blanch the garlic moss in water. Boil water in a pot, turn on high heat and bring the water to a boil, add garlic and red pepper, blanch for 20 seconds, then pour out, rinse with cold water and drain.
The third step is to start cooking. Heat the oil in the pan, pour it out after the oil is hot, then add the cold oil. Heat the pan with the cold oil so that the minced meat will not stick to the pan when frying. Pour in the pork cubes and use a spoon to quickly break up the pork cubes. Turn on medium heat, stir-fry the pork until it changes color, stir-fry out the lard, then pour in the dark soy sauce, add the base color, stir the dark soy sauce evenly, add minced ginger, minced garlic, black bean and pickled pepper, stir well, then pour in the garlic moss and red pepper, stir-fry a few times.
Step 4: Add light soy sauce to enhance the flavor, stir-fry for 30 seconds, add salt, chicken powder, pepper, and sugar and stir-fry quickly to dissolve the seasoning. Add a little more starch to make the soup gelatinous.
Step 5: When it comes out of the pan, add oil and stir well. Okay, this dish is ready.
