What is the recipe?
The Tang Dynasty began in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. Definition: A cooking method in which the processed and cut raw materials are marinated with seasoning, heated with oil, water or steam, and then the prepared marinade is poured on the cooking raw materials or the cooking raw materials are put into the marinade and stirred into dishes. Similar to cooking, the ingredients are all mixed with starch: fried pork slices with yam, fried cabbage with vinegar, fried chicken with vinegar, fried bean sprouts and fried pork intestines.
