Seasoning: Taomi water, 1 onion, several cloves of garlic, Korean sweet and spicy sauce, Korean big sauce, Chili powder.
Exercise:
1. Dice potatoes and tofu, slice mushrooms, zucchini and red peppers, cut onions, chop garlic and soak seaweed.
2. Pour the rice washing water into the pot, add the soy sauce and sweet and spicy sauce, and stir well.
3. Add kelp knots and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add potatoes, mushrooms and tofu in turn and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add bean sprouts, zucchini and red pepper.
