From the night of 25th to 26th, there were showers and thunderstorms in the whole province, moderate rain in parts of the west and southeast, and heavy rain in some areas. On the 27th, light to moderate rain stopped turning cloudy in the south and southeast, and cloudy days turned cloudy in other areas. From the afternoon of 26th to 27th, the whole province turned from north to south, with northerly winds of about 5 and gusts of 7-8. On the 27th and 28th, the highest temperature in most parts of the province dropped to1~15℃, which was 8 ~ 10℃ lower than the previous period, and the temperature drop in some areas could reach 12℃. In the early morning of 28th, the temperature dropped to the lowest point, and it dropped to 0 ~ 2℃ in the western and northwestern mountainous areas, and 3 ~ 6℃ in other areas.

The cold weather in late spring can be described as both advantages and disadvantages. Strengthen crop management and reduce the impact of low temperature and freezing injury. In the northern and western mountainous areas where fruit trees have entered flowering period, measures such as early irrigation or spraying antifreeze can be taken; Facility agriculture should overhaul and strengthen greenhouse facilities in time; Fertilization should be properly supplemented in winter wheat fields lacking fertilizer, dry and wet clods should be discharged as soon as possible, waterlogging damage should be reduced, and dynamic monitoring and comprehensive control of wheat diseases and insect pests should be done well.

Strengthen traffic management. Transportation departments should guard against the adverse effects of slippery roads and low visibility weather on transportation, urban operation and epidemic prevention.
