Ingredients: chicken wings (the best in wings)
Seasoning: ginger, onion, dried pepper, pepper, salt, soy sauce (soy sauce), cooking wine (or white wine) and sugar.
Exercise:
1. After washing the chicken wings, cut them twice with a knife (to make them easy to taste when stewing) for use.
2. It's on fire. When the pot is slightly hot, wipe the bottom of the pot with ginger (so that the chicken wings are not easy to touch the pot)
3. Take out the ginger slices and pour the oil. After the oil is hot, add some pepper, taste it and take it out.
4. Put the chicken wings into the oil one by one, and fry until golden brown (keep turning over to prevent the chicken wings from touching the pot), add a little sugar, and continue to turn over.
5. Pull the chicken wings aside, add ginger, onion and dried pepper (more or less according to your own taste), and stir-fry the flavor of the seasoning with the remaining oil in the pot.
6. Pour in some soy sauce (soy sauce), stir-fry chicken wings and seasonings together (Dora, don't touch the pot).
7. Pour the right amount of water into the pot until the chicken wings are submerged. Add a little cooking wine (or white wine) and salt, and cover the pot.
8. After the water is boiled, simmer it until it is dry, but be careful not to dry it.
9. Turn off the fire and serve.
A plate of delicious braised chicken wings is ready, absolutely delicious.
