Methods/steps
Choose beans and wash them.
Cut the beans into almost even pieces.
Wash tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Chop garlic cloves for later use.
Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant, pour in tomato and stir-fry red oil, pour in beans and stir-fry for one minute, add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid and stew for two minutes, then turn off the heat and take out the pan.
Tip: Because it is noodles, you can add some water.
