Niubian, our dark dishes and private houses in Guizhou are delicious. Ruan, the most peculiar food in Qiandongnan Prefecture, is a dish. Flat soup is carefully filtered and boiled, supplemented by various spices, and is generally used for beef stew or direct drinking.
Fresh beef is shriveled and has a strong rancid smell. Experienced chefs will add various spices to cover up the bad taste and stimulate the fresh fragrance.
