Breakfast menu: clear beef noodles (beef 25g, carrot 50g, 100g Longxu Noodles).
Lunch: millet porridge (50g of millet), stewed mutton with radish (50g of mutton, white radish 100g), roasted Chinese cabbage (Chinese cabbage 100g) and pancakes (250g of pancakes).
Dinner, rice porridge, 250g rice, 150g fried rape, 50g braised chicken. Note that if women have little or no milk, they can ask doctors to recommend some special breast-feeding meals or medicated diets. However, the more you eat, the better. Eating too much will not only increase milk production, but also cause gastrointestinal discomfort, leading to decreased milk.
