Slice beef tenderloin, add 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 7 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil and half a teaspoon starch, and marinate for 15 minutes. Cucumber slices with salt 1 hour. Remove the salty taste with clear water, and squeeze the cucumber to absorb water.
