In p>1943, Luan Xuetang opened Fengze Garden in Shanghai International Hotel; In 1945, Luan Xuetang opened Fengze Garden opposite Baogong Yamen in Kaifeng. At the same time, the "Fengze Garden" was opened in the place where Tianjin is now "ignored by dogs"; Opened Fengze Garden in Yantai West Street; Fengze Garden was opened in the most prosperous boundary of Nanjing. He also opened Cuihualou Restaurant in Wangfujing, Beijing. A lot of money fell into Luan Xuetang's pocket.

When it reopened in January 1947 after a five-month suspension, Zheng Fuxiang was the only famous chef in jinan cuisine. Luan Xuetang invited Guo Youzhong, Wang Mingli and others before the stove for the survival and development of Fengze Garden.
