Wu Hongtang:
Ingredients: 4 red dates, medlar 1 handful, one or two red beans, one or two red flowers, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.
Practice: soak red beans and peanuts for one day, press the raw juice with a pressure cooker for 5 minutes, deflate, open the valve, add red dates, medlar and brown sugar, cook for 5 minutes, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out half an hour before eating, and it tastes slightly cool and sweet.
