If it meets the fire safety requirements after inspection, it shall be licensed.

Without the permission of the fire rescue agency, public gathering places shall not be put into use or business. The specific measures for fire safety inspection shall be formulated by the emergency management department of the State Council.

2. Who is responsible for the explosion of the rented gas tank?

If the lessee improperly uses bottled gas by himself, and the gas bottle burns due to the explosion, the lessee shall generally bear the responsibility. Those who set fire, burst water, explode, throw toxic, radioactive, infectious disease pathogens and other substances or endanger public safety by other dangerous methods, but have not caused serious consequences, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years. Whoever negligently commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention.
