Unable to recover after uninstallation. Because, uninstall is by uninstalling the contents of the registry.
In the future, if you want to make changes to the registry, you must back up the registry first. Once the system has problems, you can use the backup registry to recover.
You can only try to reset the system:
Click Start-Settings-Updates and Security-Restore-Reset this computer, and then click Start below.
Select "Keep File" during the reset process.
If you can't reset, you have to reinstall the system.
