Ingredients: two potatoes, proper amount of oil (at least not more than 1 cm of French fries), and a little salt.
1. First prepare two potatoes, then wash and peel them.
2. Cut it into strips of about 0.7cm (or make it into a favorite shape with utensils) and soak it in light salt water 10 minute.
3. Then put the potato chips in boiling water, cook for 3-5 minutes, and take them out.
4. Drain the water after taking it out, and put it in the refrigerator for freezing (it may not be frozen in the refrigerator, but it must be completely drained).
5. Heat the oil pan for 7 minutes, add French fries (without thawing) and fry until golden brown.
6. You can sprinkle salt or dip in tomato sauce, or sprinkle salt and pepper powder and cumin powder.
