Ingredients: lettuce, yam, cashew nuts, carrots, salt, cooking oil and chicken essence.
Exercise:

Fried shrimps with lettuce and fungus
Ingredients: 250g shrimp, lettuce 1, 20g fungus, salt, cooking wine, starch and a little shredded ginger.
Exercise:

2, a lettuce peeled and sliced, dried fungus soaked, washed and torn into small flowers;
3. Take a wok and heat the oil to 60% heat (the oil temperature is relatively low). Oil can be a little more. Pour in the shrimps and stir-fry quickly until the color changes. Take it out and use it;
4. Saute shredded ginger with the remaining oil in the pot, then add lettuce and auricularia to stir fry, add salt, then add shrimp to stir fry, and finally hook with thin sauce to serve.
Stir-fried lettuce with chopped pepper
Ingredients: half a spoonful of chopped pepper, 2 dried peppers, 2 slices of ginger, lettuce 1 strip, a little lean pork, garlic 1 strip, raw flour.

2.
