Ingredients: beef rice, bean sprouts, rape, onion, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, black pepper

Recipe :

Ingredients: potatoes, onions, carrots, fattened beef, milk, coconut milk, curry

Method:

1. Peel potatoes, wash onions and carrots and cut into small pieces for later use.

2. Pour oil into the pot, add beef, stir-fry quickly, and set aside when cooked for 8 minutes.

3. Pour oil into the pot again, add onions, potato cubes, and carrot cubes, stir-fry evenly, then add milk (you can use water instead if there is no milk), coconut milk and a small piece of curry. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
