Practice steps
Break up 1 egg, put it in a pot and fry it until it is solidified (I made 3 eggs one by one), and cut it into shredded eggs.
Put carrots and bean sprouts in hot oil and stir-fry until soft.
Add shredded eggs, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a little spiced powder and a little salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Roll the dumpling skin thin, wrap it with stuffing, steam it or fry it, and you can eat it!
