Cut the persimmon pepper into round pieces, and cut the line pepper into oblique blades. 4. Put the marinated fish on a plate and make it into a peacock shape. First, put the net pepper slices on the fish, put the morning pepper slices on the net pepper slices, and sprinkle Laoganma. 5. Steam the fish for 3-4 minutes, pour out the fish soup and pour in the steamed fish and soy sauce. 6. Pour a little salad oil into the pot, stir-fry the shredded onion until fragrant, and pour the fried onion oil on the fish.
Tip:
You can't cut off the fish. Make sure the belly of the fish is connected. When steaming fish, cook the fish and put it in. Don't put starch in salted fish.
Chili pepper chicken preparation ingredients: broiler or Sanhuang chicken, onion, ginger, cooking wine, dried Chili, pepper, pepper, sesame, salt, monosodium glutamate.
Production method:
There are two ways to do diced Chili chicken, mainly depending on the frying degree of diced chicken. The first way is 1. Wash the whole chicken and cut it into small pieces. 2. Add water, onion, ginger slices, cooking wine and a little salt to the pot, and finally add the diced chicken and blanch it with fire. 3. Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry diced chicken until dry, and add chopped green onion and ginger slices to stir fry. Finally, add dried pepper, pepper and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add salt monosodium glutamate and stir well. In the second way, the diced chicken does not need to be fried until cooked, and the peppers are replaced with morning peppers and line peppers. Everything else is the same.
The difference between the two methods: the first is crisp and dry, and the second is soft and juicy.
Tip: Boil the diced chicken in cold water so that the blood can be boiled. After the peppers are dried, use a small fire. All the raw materials are dry. You can't use fire to avoid frying.
Tips for Lentinus edodes and Rapeseed: Wash and slice the Lentinus edodes, first fry the Lentinus edodes until the surface is golden, then fry the rapeseed and season. Saute mushrooms first to avoid too much soup.
Tips for frying broccoli: soak broccoli in water for 30 minutes, blanch and cook for 2 minutes. Don't cook for too long, and you won't fry broccoli when you fry it.
