Cucumber recipe
The first method: cold cucumber. Ingredients preparation: cucumber, garlic, dried pepper peel, sesame oil, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar.

Practice of cold cucumber:

Step 1: wash cucumber and cut into pieces; Cut pepper into two sections;

Step 2: put the cucumber in a bowl, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt and monosodium glutamate, marinate for 10 minute, and pour off the water;

Step 3: Stir-fry garlic, add white vinegar and pepper to make sauce;

Step 4: pour the sauce on the cucumber to eat;

The second method: cucumber scrambled eggs.

Ingredients preparation: cucumber, eggs, salt, cooking oil and chicken essence.

Scrambled eggs with cucumber;

Step 1: Wash and slice cucumber;

Step 2: Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little white wine to break up. Heat oil in a pot, pour in eggs and let them solidify and disperse;

Step 3: Pour the remaining oil into the cucumber, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry the chicken essence until the cucumber is slightly soft;

Step 4: pour in eggs;

Step 5: Stir fry for a while.
