green pepper
2 pieces

Steps
1. Put flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil into a bread barrel and knead it into a dough until the surface of the dough is smooth and elastic.
2. Ferment the dough until it doubles in size.
3. Cut the zucchini into small slices, slice the sausage, cut the green pepper into small sections and set aside, and cut the mozzarella into shreds or small sections.
4. Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, divide it into 5 small doughs and let it rest for 10 minutes. Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a small pizza crust and prick some small holes in the surface with a fork.
5. Spread some pizza sauce evenly on the surface of the crust.
6. Place grilled sausage slices and green peppers.
7. Sprinkle some mozzarella.
8. Place another layer of zucchini slices.
9. Spread a layer of mozzarella evenly.
10. After cooking, place it in a baking pan, set the middle shelf of the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes. Take it out after baking for 15 minutes, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on the surface, and continue baking for 10 minutes until the surface is slightly brown.
Tips
1. The small pizza I make can eat 3 per person, or it can be made into a large pizza, and the taste is the same.
2. The recent zucchini is very tender and delicious. You can also mix it with some of your favorite vegetables. Of course, this is a good way to clear out the lettuce in the refrigerator.
