Fourth step
Cook the eggs first and peel them for later use. I bought lotus root, tofu called "white dried" and two louvers. Slice the lotus root, lightly stroke it with a knife, cut it with a louver and tie it yourself.
Step five
Add all the dry seasonings to the rice cooker, put the cooked chicken legs, chicken wings and chicken feet in, and then spread your favorite vegetables. Pour a can of beer, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and bean paste. Finally, add a little salt (about 10g). 1, you can put pepper 2 according to your personal taste. Don't blanch the chicken for too long. Turn off the heat after boiling and skimming.
