Step 5: Heat oil in the wok again, and add minced meat Stir-fry until white, then add cooking wine to remove any fishy smell and stir-fry evenly. Next, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Finally, add dried chili and stir-fry for a few times before transferring to the casserole with eggplant. (This step is the process of making minced meat. If you can’t eat spicy food, you can choose another kind of dry chili without spicy taste. That kind of dry chili is very fragrant but not spicy)
Step ⑥: Add minced meat Pour a little cooking wine into the casserole along the edge of the pot, then add the prepared sauce and stir evenly with chopsticks. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer for one minute. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy. .
