Harvest from July to September. According to Guangdong's experience, fresh Polygonum hydropiper grass can be mashed into paste, added with tea brine and clear water, and poured in places where there are many earthworms. Earthworms will be caught when they smell medicine. After collection, mix it with grass ash, soak it in warm water to remove the mucosa in vitro, then insert a small cone or needle at the end, nail it on a wooden stool, cut open the abdomen from beginning to end with a knife, wash the mud and sand in the body with warm water, and dry it in the sun or burn it.

Harvesting in June-September, selecting the place where there are many earthworms, digging and catching with a shovel, then choking with plant ash, removing ash and drying in the sun, and drying in the rain, and taking the whole piece as medicine.

2. Processing method

1). Talcum powder frying method Put talcum powder in a pot and heat it until it is elastic. Add earthworm segments, turn them constantly to make them expand and sieve them out.

2) Stir-fry earthworm segments with yellow wine to make them slightly stuffy, put them in a pot and fry them with slow fire until they are slightly dry, take them out and let them cool (yellow wine for earthworm 100kg).

3) Stir-fry Lumbricus with wine and sand, mix well with wine, and make it slightly stuffy. Put the sand in a hot pot, stir-fry until it is smooth, add Shengdilong, stir-fry until the surface is brown and slightly swollen, take it out, sieve out the sand, and let it cool.

4) Slice earthworm with honey bran, spray it evenly with wine (100: 15) and moisten it1h.. Then put the honey bran into the pot and fry until it starts to smoke slightly, that is, put it into the earthworm and stir it constantly. When the surface of the earthworm is brown, take it out, quickly pour it into a container, cover it with a sack and stew it for 5 ~ 65438.

At the same time, we tried cooking in an electric incubator, mixing earthworm with old rice vinegar (1∶0.2), and moistening1h. After the vinegar is completely absorbed, spread it in an enamel dish with a thickness of about 3cm, put it in an electric incubator at 100℃ for 2 hours, turn it once in the middle, take it out and let it cool.

The role of the above methods

1). Succinic acid is an effective component of earthworm to relieve cough and asthma, and it is soluble in water, so it is not suitable to soak it directly when making water, so it can only be washed quickly.

Talcum powder is fine in texture, slow in heat transfer, and easy to attach to the surface of earthworm after frying. Whether the two drugs have mutually beneficial effects is worth discussing. The surface of wine-roasted earthworm is easy to be scorched when it is directly fried in a pot, but the succinic acid contained in it is not resistant to high temperature, which affects the curative effect, and a harmful gas will be produced during the frying process, which affects the health of processing personnel.

2) Stir-fry earthworm with wine, and the finished product has better color, fragrance and taste, because wine has the functions of promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals and removing fishy smell; Wheat bran can harmonize middle energizer and spleen; Honey has the effect of harmonizing hundreds of herbs, so making earthworm with honey bran wine should not hurt the spleen and stomach, and it can avoid the loss of effective components in earthworm after high temperature processing.

3) A series of color reactions of alkaloids were carried out on the water-extracted processed products fried with wine, vinegar, sand scalding and frying respectively. It is considered that vinegar decoction is appropriate, which can remove blood stasis, regulate qi and relieve pain, detoxify and correct taste, and make the free alkaloids contained in drugs easy to decoct with salt, so as to improve the curative effect and remove the fishy smell. At the same time, the electrothermal constant temperature drying method is adopted, so vinegar does not need high temperature, and it is easy to penetrate into drug tissues, and has little effect on effective components. But from the efficacy of earthworm, wine roasting is the best; It is more appropriate to soak honey bran in wine.
