Prepare food:
Two zucchini, remove the seeds in the middle (fried too much with waterproof), change knives and cut into strips; Cut the colored pepper into diamonds; Chop onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Stir-fry the zucchini in a hot pot until it is 70% ripe, and take it out.
2. Add oil and a spoonful of lard. After the lard melts, turn to high heat, pour in the zucchini and stir fry quickly. Add salt, sugar and chicken essence, stir-fry for one minute, then add colored pepper and stir-fry for another minute. Add a spoonful of sesame oil, mix well and take it out.
