Materials:
Pork tenderloin, vinegar, chicken essence, onion, ginger, garlic, a little soy sauce, 2 drops of soy sauce, starch, sugar, red pepper and coriander.
Exercise:
1. Cut the tenderloin into thick slices of about 1.5mm, and then marinate with salt, chicken essence and cooking wine.
2. Sugar: vinegar = 3: 2, mix well, drop two drops of soy sauce and mix well.
3. Then chop garlic, shred onion ginger and red pepper, wash coriander, and cut a knife from the middle for later use.
4. Then add a little water to the starch to make a starch paste, then mix it into the marinated meat slices and hang the paste evenly.
5. Then put oil in the pot, fry the pasted meat slices in the pot until golden, and take them out.
6. Stir-fry minced garlic with oil in a wok, stir-fry the fried meat slices evenly, pour in the sauce and shredded onion and ginger in the second part, stir-fry the shredded red pepper quickly and evenly, stop the fire when each piece of meat is evenly stained with the sauce, and sprinkle with coriander and mix well.
