1. Slice eggplant and knead cowpea. Eggplant is salted, cowpea is killed with black water. I like to soak garlic for a while and then mash it.

5. Add cowpea and eggplant, stir fry, and pour in some soy sauce to stir fry. I mainly use soy sauce, without salt, so I can put more in the dish.

6. You don't need to add too much water, it depends on the quantity. Sprinkle some sugar and mix well. Boil it and simmer it. I build a pot, sometimes I don't look at my mood.

7. There is not much oil in the pot. It's delicious to make rice with this sauce.
