1. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
2. Mash garlic and salt in a large bowl. Add two kinds of Chili powder, then mix in olive oil and lemon juice and stir into a paste. Add shrimp and stir well.
3. Brush the grill lightly with oil. Bake each side of the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp is no longer transparent. Put the grilled shrimp on a plate and decorate it with lemon slices.
