Ingredients: sweet potato leaves.
Accessories: garlic, oil, salt, corn flour and water.
Tools: Pots, pans, bowls, plates.
1. Wash potato leaves first, remove silk (tear off the thin coat on the surface) and wash.
2. Flatten the garlic and cut it into pieces. If you like something a little spicy, you can cut a few laps of millet spicy.
3. Put the oil in a hot pot, and put the chopped pepper and half of the minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry.
4. After the smell of garlic comes out, put the washed potato leaves into the pot and stir-fry until soft.
5. Take a little corn starch and add some water. Mix a thinner raw powder water.
