Tools/materials: salt, chicken essence, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Chili oil, pot, clear water.
1. Pour into a bowl, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Chili oil, 1 tbsp cooked white sesame seeds; Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, shrimp skin, coriander, shallot and laver. Four indispensable things, shrimp skin, coriander, chopped green onion, laver, vinegar and soy sauce, the ratio is 3: 1.
2. Cook jiaozi in a boiling pot. Boil noodles and jiaozi with water that must be wide, that is, there should be more water. Push gently with a wooden shovel, don't cook. This is the biggest failure of sour soup jiaozi. Repeat adding cold water for 2-3 times and take it out.
3. When jiaozi is cooked, first scoop 2 spoonfuls of boiling jiaozi soup into the bowl, not too full, because the cooked jiaozi will be filled.
4. This sauce can be used to flavor both quick-frozen dumplings and homemade jiaozi.
