Celery fried dumplings:
Preparation materials: 220g celery, 250g flour, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon peanut oil, 1 teaspoon chicken essence, 4g salt and 2 onions.
Step 1: add proper amount of water to flour and knead it into dough with moderate hardness, cover it with plastic wrap and wake it for 30 minutes.
Step 2: clean the celery and cut it into filaments.

Step 9: Roll into a thin dumpling skin.
Step 10: After the dough is rolled, mix the stuffing evenly and put a proper amount of stuffing in the middle of a dumpling wrapper.
Step 11: Wrap it up and be jiaozi.
Step 12: Brush a layer of oil in the pan, add jiaozi, and fry over low heat until the bottom is golden yellow.
Step 13: Pour clean water that has not reached the bottom of the jiaozi, cover the pot, and simmer until the water is dry.
Step 14: Crispy and delicious fried dumplings.
