Ingredients: 700 grams of pork belly with skin, 770 grams of sauerkraut, 4 slices of ginger, 8 slices of pepper, 3 red peppers, a little shredded onion, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine and chicken nuggets.
