Steps of iron plate tofu
1. Cut the tender tofu into 2 cm thick slices, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the hot pot, and the oil temperature will become hot.
2. After frying the golden surface, stick a few small mouths in the middle of tofu with chopsticks. To make the tofu more tasty, fry it for 3 minutes and turn it over.
3. When both sides are golden, sprinkle with salt, a little spicy fresh and Chili noodles, and sprinkle cumin powder and white pepper on tofu. Stir-fry some shredded peppers in the oil pan until crisp and full.

As a foodie, and I ate a lot of iron tofu from roadside stalls, I summarized several points. Tofu must be tender, so that it tastes refreshing and has the feeling of melting in the mouth. Secondly, tofu is either cut thin or made into small pieces, otherwise it is not delicious. Of course, if you use old tofu (personally, this kind of tofu tastes better when fried), I suggest that you fry it for a long time to form a yellow shell, which is more fragrant.
