Cola chicken wings:
1. Preparation: 8 chicken wings (depending on the number of your classmates and their appetite), 1 can of Coke, light soy sauce, sugar, some green onions and ginger slices , a little each of salt and cooking wine;
2. Wash the chicken wings, boil a little boiling water, and blanch the chicken wings;
3. Blanch the chicken wings and run them through cold water, and cut them diagonally into two pieces. Add a small amount of salt, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce (about two or three tablespoons), and marinate with cooking wine for 15 minutes;
4. Put a tablespoon of cooking oil in the pot (because the chicken wings will produce oil, there is no need to overdo it) (more), add shredded ginger and stir-fry for a few times, add chicken wings, and continue to stir-fry. When the chicken wings change color slightly, add cola (to cover the chicken wings), salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Cover the pot. Cover, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice. It is recommended to thicken the sauce (subject to the pot being dry), so that the flavor is rich and delicious! Finally sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve on a plate.
