Beef brisket and mushroom pot is a one-pot recipe. The main ingredients are beef brisket, Pleurotus eryngii and embroidered mushrooms.

Raw materials:

350g of brisket, Pleurotus eryngii 1, embroidered mushroom 150g, 20g of celery, ginger 1 slice, 5 onions, garlic 1 slice, 5ml of yellow wine, 30ml of evaporated milk, chicken powder 1 spoon, etc.
