Ingredients: 300g of green pepper, 200g of lean meat, Jiang Mo10g, 3 tablespoons of oil, Chili powder10g, soy sauce10ml, cooking wine10ml, 3g of salt and 3g of chicken essence.
1. Clean lean meat and cut it into powder, add a spoonful of bean paste, add some salt, soy sauce, Chili powder, chicken essence and cooking wine, and then pick it up and marinate it 15 minutes.
2. Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks and seeds, and stuff the marinated minced meat into the peppers.
3. Pour oil into the pot, heat it, add shredded ginger, saute until fragrant, and add pepper stuffed with minced meat to stir fry.
4. Fry slowly with a small fire, and the meat can be served when it is cooked.
Note: there is less meat in pepper and it is easy to fry.
