What is the offering of Buddhism to the Buddha?
The offerings to be prepared are generally called ten products, that is, offering incense, flowers, lamps, water, fruits, tea, food, treasures, pearls and clothes to the Buddha, all of which have certain metaphors, such as incense, which symbolizes abstinence from incense; Flowers symbolize beauty; Lamp, symbolizing light; Water symbolizes purity; Fruit, symbolizing Buddha fruit; Tea symbolizes sobriety; Eating symbolizes satiety; Treasure symbolizes wealth; Beads symbolize rare things; Clothing, symbolizing shelter, and so on, all have their own meanings. As for the fruit, just choose it yourself. The popular saying is that pears (meaning "plum") and durian (smelly) can't be used, which is a folk superstition and needs no attention.
