The famous Vietnamese rice noodles, almost the national dish of Vietnam, are mixed with long flat rice noodles, mint, basil and bean sprouts in thick beef or chicken soup.
Noodles made by Germans are usually soup made of oxtail or soup bones, and carrots, parsley, tomatoes and spices are added.
Noodles are very popular in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan and northern India. Usually cooked with yak meat or mutton, it is also made of mushrooms.
