How to cook stewed tofu with Mingtai fish?
Ingredients: 2 fish (about 650g), 400g tofu, 2 slices of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 slices of dried red pepper, star anise 1 slice, appropriate amount of pepper, onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, clear water and edible oil.

Stewed tofu with Mingtai fish

1. Prepare ingredients: cut tofu into pieces, and wash and cut fish into pieces.

2. Prepare auxiliary materials: cut onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Put the right amount of oil in the pot and simmer it to 50% heat. Add pepper particles to squeeze out the fragrance, then take it out and discard it.
