Composition:
Green pepper, pork, eggs, onion, ginger, garlic, seasoning.
Exercise:
1. Prepare an appropriate amount of eggs, onion, ginger (minced onion and ginger), cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence and raw flour, and put these materials into minced pork in turn and stir them in the right direction.
2. Clean the green pepper, then remove the pedicle of the green pepper and the seeds inside, and stuff the mixed meat into the green pepper.
