Ingredients: 500g hairtail, 5g shredded onion, 5g shredded red pepper, 5g medlar, 300g clear soup, 8g chicken essence, refined salt10g, starch, onion ginger juice, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and oil.
Production method:
1. Cut hairtail into 8 cm long sections, season with salt and onion ginger juice, pat starch evenly, and fry skin.
2. Put hairtail in a casserole, add shredded scallion, shredded red pepper and shredded medlar, add refined salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate, and pour into a clear soup pot 10 minute to serve.
