Steps of steaming scallops with garlic vermicelli
1.? 10 garlic cloves are cut into minced garlic (the remaining 2 cloves are reserved) and put into a frying pan or a small pot with a thick bottom (the pot is too thin, so it is easy to stick when frying garlic). Add the corn oil just chopped with garlic, a little salt and heat it on low heat.
