Roasted cod with lemon flavor
Main ingredients: 2 pieces of silver cod, and auxiliary materials: butter, 30g salt, a little lemon juice, 15g flour, 30g white pepper and a little black pepper.
1. Prepare the required materials. (Lemon juice is squeezed out for later use).
2. Wash the silver cod and add a little salt.
3. Then marinate for 15 minutes.
4. Add 15g lemon juice into the melted butter and stir well.
5. Add a little salt and white pepper to the flour and mix well.
6. Dip salted cod in butter.
7. Wrap the flour on both sides.
8. Put it in a baking tray.
9. Pour in the remaining butter.
10. Finally, sprinkle with black pepper and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Crispy fried cod
1. Scale cod and wash it.
2. Pour in the cooking wine and mix well.
Add salt.
4. Add pepper and mix well.
5. Take a proper amount of dry starch.
6. Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is 60% hot, put the cod fillets covered with dry flour into a frying pan and fry them until cooked.
7. Fry one side until golden, then turn the other side until cooked, and take it out for eating.
