Some are reliable, and some are not. As a Chongqing native, I have also bought different brands of noodles online, and the taste sold online is generally not authentic. Chongqing noodles mainly look at seasonings, generally at least need, oil pepper, mustard tuber/sprouts, soy sauce, lard (the taste of noodles must be added with lard), crispy peanuts. The packaged noodles on the market are mainly synthesized by additives, and there are only 2-3 packages of seasoning.
