Method for making crispy walnut cake
Put the egg mixture, sugar and salad oil into a basin and mix well.
Mix baking soda, baking powder and low flour, sieve and add into the mixed solution of step 1
Add chopped walnuts.
Mix all the ingredients into dough.
Take a small piece of dough, knead it into small balls in your hand, then put it on a baking tray with tin foil or non-stick paper, and then flatten the small balls to make small round cakes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and brush a layer of egg liquid on the small round cake. Put it in the middle and upper layer of the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden.

The weight of sugar in the book is 50, but I lost half of it and it is not so sweet. If you like sweet, use 50%! Knead the dough until it becomes a ball. Don't knead too much, it will make the flour thinner and the biscuits not crisp.
