Jiaozi: The skin of jiaozi is mainly made of cooked glutinous rice and stirred into mud. The outer surface is round and flat, and the main ingredients inside are carrots, bacon and dried tofu. It tastes slightly spicy and delicious, and it is a favorite food of Shishou people.
Bean towel: mix rice and mung bean in proportion, soak in water and wet grind.
Fried rice: fried rice directly cooks raw rice, similar to fried melon seeds and peanuts.
Ciba: cooked glutinous rice, pounded into pieces while it is hot, cooled and hardened, then cut into pieces, fried or baked.
Top cake: The top cake is mainly made of glutinous rice flour, which will eventually be on it.
