Exercise:
1. Clean a whole chicken, cut it into small pieces, put the cut chicken pieces in cold water, add a small amount of pepper, ginger and chives, and boil it over high fire. 4. Put the prepared millet pepper, coriander, Jiang Mo, minced garlic and chicken soup into a bowl and stir well, then add white sugar, pepper oil, Chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, white sugar and salt and stir well together. Then pour the prepared juice evenly on the torn chicken.
