2. C.fnlll (custom setting) in Canon's focus setting menu is usually a menu that needs to be adjusted when it is used for focus tracking (that is, artificial intelligence servo autofocus mode, also called AFC). In most cases, C.fnlll can be set as follows:
A, "artificial intelligence servo tracking sensitivity", set to slow, (the slower the setting is, the slower the camera automatically changes focus, and the more difficult it is to focus on the object for the first time, but it should be set to fast when shooting a subject like a football match), which is basically adjusted between 1-3, generally set to 2;
B, "Artificial Intelligence Servo No.65438 +0/2 image priority", setting auto focus priority/tracking priority, the advantage is that the shutter can be pressed only after focusing, and the imaging is not easy to defocus. If a small aperture or hyperfocal distance is used, there is no need to highlight a single shooting focus, and it can be set as release/tracking priority. The advantage is that you can shoot even if you are out of focus, and the speed is faster;
C, "Artificial Intelligence Servo Auto-focus Tracking Mode" is set to continuous auto-focus tracking priority, which has the advantage that the focus will continuously bite the shooting focus of the first focus. For example, in long-distance running, when the focus is on A, the focus will firmly bite A and remain unchanged within the focus range; If the main focus priority is set, the subject will become the focus as long as it is closer to the focus. For example, in a long-distance sprint, the original focus is on A, but if B in the picture rushes to the finish line at a faster speed, the focus will automatically move from A to B.
3, C.fnlll custom settings can maximize the success rate of shooting, but the performance of artificial intelligence servo autofocus (or other brands of AFC, etc. ) is closely related to the performance of the camera itself. For example, under the same parameter settings, the shooting success rate of Canon 1DXM2 is much higher than 70D.
